Visit to Smolensk by the delegation of the Federal military memorial cemetery in Mytishchi
26 Jul 2015 trip Smolensk delegation at the Federal military memorial cemetery in Mytishchi near Moscow in the framework of the project "Connection of generations". Among the delegates was an activist and one of the organizers of the action "Immortal regiment" student branch of NRU MPEI in Smolensk Alexander Osipenkov. Participants of the tour visited were the Secretary of the Smolensk regional branch of the Party "United Russia" Igor Lyakhov, the leader of the search movement of the Smolensk region, the coordinator of the party project "connecting generations" Nina kulikovskikh, the commanders of search groups, veterans, juvenile prisoners of Nazi concentration camps, activists of the all-Russian action "Immortal regiment" and the activists of the all-Russian public organization "Young Guard of United Russia".
Federal military memorial cemetery is administered by the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation. The first burial took place on 21 June 2013, then were buried the remains of an unknown soldier who died during the great Patriotic war. Dead soldier found the members search groups "Zastava" and "Blagovest" in the territory of El'ninskogo district.
Members of the delegation of the Smolensk region visited the memorial hall, visited the alley of heroes, which is reminiscent of the six military periods of Russia. The culmination was a visit to the tomb of the unknown soldier, defending the Smolensk region during the great Patriotic war. Grave is located in the center of the Pantheon in front of the monument "the Crying mother". Honoring the memory of the fallen, Smolensk laid flowers to the grave of a warrior. The Deputy commander of the group "Zastava" Yuri Chasovskikh told about how to carry out prospecting and discovery of the deceased soldier.
