Information about the special rights and benefits upon admission
Special rights for admission to training on bachelor and specialist programs and individual achievements coming
1. The right to admission without entrance examinations are:
1) the winners and runners-final stage of the national Olympiad (hereinafter - the winners and prize-winners of all-Russian Olympiad), members of national teams of the Russian Federation, participated in international Olympiads in General subjects and formed in the order established by the Federal body of Executive power performing functions of elaborating state policy and normative legal regulation in education (hereinafter - members of national teams of the Russian Federation), by specialties and (or) fields of study corresponding to the profile all-Russian Olympiad or international Olympiad for 4 years following the year in special Olympics;
2) winners and prize-winners of IV stage of Ukrainian student Olympiads, members of national teams of Ukraine, participated in international Olympiads on General subjects, by specialties and (or) fields of study corresponding to the profile of the all-Ukrainian student's Olympiad or international Olympiad for 4 years following the year in special Olympics, if these winners, prize-winners and members of national teams are among the persons referred to in paragraph 3.1 of article 5 of the Federal act N 84-FZ;
3) Champions and prize-winners of Olympic games, Paralympic games and Deaflympics, world Champions, Champions of Europe, face, won first place at the world championship, the European championship in sports included into programs of Olympic games, Paralympic games and Deaflympics (hereinafter - Champions (medalists) in the field of sports), by specialties and (or) areas of training in the field of physical culture and sports;
4) winners and prize-winners of Olympiads I, II and III levels for 8-11 classes in mathematics, physics, Informatics, social studies, carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Federal Executive authority responsible for drafting state policy and legal regulation in education (hereinafter – the Olympiad), during the 4 years following the year special Olympics in areas of training and specialties corresponding to the profile of the Olympiad.
2. The right to admission to the limits of special quotas have:
children - invalids, invalids I and II groups, disabled from childhood, disabled due to war injuries or disease received during military service, which according to the Federal institution of medico-social examination not contraindicated training in appropriate educational organizations, children-orphans and children left without parental care and persons from among children-orphans and children left without parental care and combat veterans from among persons referred to in subparagraphs 1 to 4 of paragraph 1 of article 3 of the Federal law from January, 12th, 1995 N 5-FZ "About veterans".
3. Priority enrollment is available as follows:
1) orphans and children left without parental care and persons from among children-orphans and children left without parental care;
2) children-invalids, invalids I and II groups to which according to the conclusion of Federal institution of medico-social examination not contraindicated training in appropriate educational organizations;
3) citizens under the age of twenty years, having only one parent - the invalid of I group, if average per capita family income below the subsistence minimum established in the subject of the Russian Federation at the place of residence of these citizens;
4) citizens who have been exposed to radiation owing to accident on the Chernobyl NPP and are subject of the Law of the Russian Federation from may 15, 1991 № 1244-1 "On social protection of citizens, podvergshihsja to influence of radiation owing to accident on the Chernobyl NPP";
5) children of military personnel killed in the performance of duties of military service or died owing to a mutilation (wound, trauma, contusion) or the diseases, received by them in the performance of duties of military service, including while participating in counter-terrorism operations and (or) other actions for fight against terrorism;
6) children died (lost) Heroes of the Soviet Union, heroes of the Russian Federation and full gentlemen of order of Glory;
7) children of employees of bodies of internal Affairs, Federal service of national guard troops of the Russian Federation, establishments and bodies criminally-Executive system, the Federal fire service of State fire service, bodies for control over turnover of narcotic means and psychotropic substances, customs bodies of the victims (the dead) due to injury or other health damage, incurred in connection with the performance of official duties, or due to disease received during the period of service in the above-mentioned institutions and bodies, and children who were dependent on them;
8) children of prosecutors, victims (died) owing to a mutilation or other damage of health received by them during the period of service in the Prosecutor's office or after dismissal due to personal injury in connection with their professional activities;
9) servicemen who undergo military service under the contract and continuous duration of military service under the contract which is not less than three years, as well as citizens who have passed military service at the call and entering the training recommendations of the commanders issued to the citizens in the order established by the Federal Executive authority in which Federal law stipulates military service;
10) citizens, held for at least three years of military service under the contract in Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies on the military posts and dismissed from military service on the grounds provided for by subparagraphs "b" "g", paragraph 1, subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 and subparagraphs "and" - "in" point 3 of article 51 of the Federal law of March 28, 1998 № 53-F3 "On military duty and military service";
11) disabled veterans, participants of combat actions and combat veterans from among the persons referred to in subparagraphs 1-4 of paragraph 1 of article 3 of the Federal law from January, 12th, 1995 № 5-FZ "About veterans";
12) individuals who directly participated in tests of nuclear weapons, combat of radioactive substances in the atmosphere, nuclear weapons under the ground, in the exercises with the use of such weapons and of combat radioactive substances prior to the effective date of the termination of these tests and exercises, the direct participants of liquidation of radiation accidents at nuclear installations surface ships and submarines and other military objects directly involved in the conduct and security of works for the collection and disposal of radioactive substances, as well as the direct participants of liquidation of consequences of these accidents (military and persons from among civilian employees of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation military servicemen of the internal troops of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, members of the Federal service of national guard troops of the Russian Federation persons who served in the railway forces and other military formations, employees of internal Affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and the Federal fire service of State fire service);
13) military personnel, employees of the Federal service of national guard troops of the Russian Federation, bodies of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, criminally-Executive system, the Federal fire service of State fire service, carrying out tasks in situations of armed conflict in the Chechen Republic and adjacent territories assigned to the zone of armed conflict, and these soldiers, performing tasks in the course of counter-terrorism operations in the North Caucasus region;
14) the priority right of enrollment in higher education, administered by Federal government agencies, is available to graduates of educational institutions, professional educational institutions administered by Federal government agencies and implement additional educational programs aimed at the training of underage students for military or other public service.
4. Persons specified in subparagraphs 1, 2, 3 of paragraph 1 within the time limits specified in those subparagraphs are given preference by equating persons with the highest exam scores (100 points) the secondary object if a secondary object corresponds to the profile of the Olympics or the status of champion (medalist) in the field of sports. Coming at a time can use this to your advantage when applying for training in different conditions of admission and (or) different bases of admission, and the simultaneous use of multiple bases to take advantage of, including in the framework of a single competition. While participating in several competitions, entrant may use the same basis for obtaining identical or different rights to 100 points.
5. MEI established the following compliance profile competitions specialties and areas of training and compliance profile of the Olympics (the status of champion (medalist) in the field of sport) General subjects:
the areas of training, corresponding to the profile of the Olympiads in mathematics, are areas of training institutes MEI (Moscow): Armi, ITAA, Ipeep, IET, IEE, AVTI, IRE (excluding specialty), ERI, of Iddo, Zechariah and branches of MPEI in Smolensk, Volzhskiy, Dushanbe;
the areas of training, corresponding to the profile of Olympiads in physics, are the areas of training institutes: Anmi, ITAA, Epeef (except Economics), IET, IEE, AVTI, IRE (excluding specialty), INEI (direction of "Information security", full-time study), of Iddo, Zechariah (the direction "power industry and electrical engineering" and "Management in technical systems"), and branches in the city of Smolensk in the town of Volzhsky, in Dushanbe;
the areas of training, corresponding to the profile of the Olympiad in Informatics and ICT are the areas of training Institute, INEI (direction of "Information security" and the direction "Applied computer science");
the areas of training, corresponding to the profile of the Olympics in social studies, are areas of training Institute, INEI ("Economy", "Management", "Business Informatics"), GPI ("Advertising and public relations"), Epeef ("Economy").
The status of individuals referred to in subparagraph 3 of paragraph 1 of this regulation, complies with the General subjects – physics and mathematics.
6. A special right specified in subparagraph 4 of paragraph 1, provided the winners published MEI the list of Olympiads for schoolchildren, provided that they have the results of the exam at least 75 points for General education subject corresponding to the profile Olympics.
7. Special right to admission without entrance examinations and the right to receive within a special quota (items 1, 2) applicants may use when applying for places within the PCC only one organization of higher education, only one educational program at the choice of the applicant (regardless of the number of bases that determine the appropriate special right). Each of these special rights can be used coming within the chosen organization of higher education and selected educational program with simultaneous admission to study on various conditions of admission and (or) different bases of admission.
8. Simultaneously with the filing of an application for admission using each of the special rights referred to in paragraph 7, applicants may submit applications for training without the use of these rights in the same organization higher education for the same and (or) other educational programmes, as well as in other organizations of higher education.
9. When applying for training on one educational program special rights and advantages stipulated in the clauses 1 and 4 do not differ at admission to study in MPEI (Moscow) and training in branches when applying for various forms of learning, as well as when applying for places within a special quota, in place within target quotas for the main places within the PCC and at the contractual place.
10. Entering the study to provide information on their individual achievements, whose results are taken into account when applying for training in MPEI. Individual achievements carried out by scoring for individual achievement. These points are awarded to entrants who have submitted documents confirming the receipt of the results of individual achievements, and included in the amount of tender points.
11. Employment training undergraduate, programs, specialist degrees and master's degree programs MEI calculates scores for individual achievements, which are listed in Annex 2 to the Rules of admission in MPEI.
