1. Electrical equipment of stations and substations.Main equipment:
It is equipped with complete switchgear with switches of different types; switches of different types; disconnectors; separators; measuring current and voltage transformers; surge arresters.
A fragment of an overhead line with self-supporting insulated wires (SIP) is installed. Linear fittings for lines with SIP are presented.
2. Relay protection and automation.Main equipment:
It is equipped with standard panels of industrial manufacture for various types of relay protection of transformers, autotransformers, overhead lines; educational laboratory stands modeling relay protection and automation of electric power systems. A training and research simulator has been installed to study and control the processes and modes of electric power systems.
3. Electrical systems and networks.Main equipment:
It is equipped with universal calculation models of electrical systems designed to study various modes of operation of electrical networks.
4. Electrical devices/Power supply of enterprises .Main equipment:
It is equipped with multifunctional stands based on standard equipment used in power supply systems. The stands are designed to study the processes occurring in power supply systems and various modes of their operation.
5. Laboratory for measuring the quality and accounting of electrical energy (ASKUE).
Main equipment:
It is equipped with measuring complexes for quality control and electricity metering.
6. The Finist simulator.Main equipment:
Equipped with a computer with a video display terminal. It is used for the disciplines: Modeling in the electric power industry, Design of electrical networks, Operational dispatch control of electric power systems, Algorithms for automated calculations of power supply systems, Automated operational dispatch control systems, Modeling of energy and electrical facilities, Optimization of structures and parameters of electric power systems
7. TOE Laboratory, part IMain equipment:
It is equipped with twelve universal laboratory stands that provide laboratory work in linear and nonlinear circuits of direct current, alternating sinusoidal current, three-phase sinusoidal current, as well as work in non-sinusoidal current circuits.
8. TOE Laboratory, part II, IIIMain equipment:
It is equipped with twelve universal laboratory stands that provide laboratory work in linear and nonlinear circuits of direct current, alternating sinusoidal current, three-phase sinusoidal current, as well as work in non-sinusoidal current circuits.
9. Laboratory of Electrical MaterialsMain equipment:
Equipped with stands for studying the electrical conductivity of conductive, semiconductor and dielectric materials; dielectric losses; breakdown of gaseous, liquid and solid dielectrics; magnetic materials.
10. Laboratory of metallographic research and heat treatment of metalsMain equipment:
It is equipped with metallographic microscopes for studying the microstructure of steels, cast iron and alloy steels; installations for conducting thermal analysis of alloys; installations for conducting heat treatment of metals.
11. Laboratory of electrical measurementsMain equipment:
Equipped with stands for studying the metrological characteristics of measuring instruments, resistance measurement methods, compensation measurement methods, measurements performed using oscilloscopes.
12. Laboratory of General Electrical Engineering and ElectronicsMain equipment:
Equipped with stands for studying the theory of circuits: linear circuits of periodic non–sinusoidal signals, nonlinear DC electrical circuits, transients in circuits of the 1st and 2nd order, analysis of the frequency characteristics of linear RLC circuits, linear four-poles in steady-state sinusoidal modes, passive LC filters, lines with distributed parameters (circuit circuits), according to the theory of electromagnetic fields: models of stationary plane-parallel fields on conductive paper, a model of volumetric fields in a bath, a model of an electromagnetic field in a Helmholtz coil system.
